Shipping & Refunds
Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please check everything and contact us promptly in case of a mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Junk folder.
Processing & Delivery Time
Your art prints are made to order once payment has been received. All orders are packed by me in my office in Santa Monica, CA. Orders will process within 2-3 business days of receipt. The prints typically take an additional 5-7 business days to make and then an additional 5-7 days to ship to you in the USA. You will receive email confirmations along the way.
Shipping in the United States
USPS / US Shipping is for a flat rate of $9.50. Your print will be shipped in a cardboard photo envelope via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping in the USA is currently taking 5-7 business days. We apologize for any delays with USPS shipping, however these are out of our control. You will receive a tracking number via email once it’s gone out.
Shipping Internationally
STACKRY / I highly recommend that you use this FREE service for International Shipping. I’ve tested it out with trusted friends in the UK and the prints arrived safely with no issues. Sign up for Stackry which assigns you a shipping address in the United States. I will ship to that address for the cost of US shipping (see above) where the package gets stored in a locker and they will ship it overseas for much less cost to you, and with tracking directly to your address. For example, you can choose FedEx (10-15 days) or Global Mail Direct (6-15 day shipping) for around $20. They also offer express shipping options if you need the prints quickly. And with notifications all along the way!
USPS / The United States Post Office has become very expensive to ship internationally over the past couple of years, however it is still more affordable than UPS or FedEx. I can offer a flat rate of $22-$45 USPS Priority Mail International shipping based on your country zone (delivery in 20 days). However, the tracking info does not extend beyond US borders.
Where is My Order?
Unfortunately with so many variables out of my control, once an item is turned over to USPS for delivery I can not be held responsible for any lost or missing packages, or for any customs delays. Please contact your local carrier for additional help with the tracking number provided. If it never arrives please contact me and I’ll see what I can do.
Refunds for Damaged Items
I can’t control what happens to a package once it leaves us and goes through the United States Postal Service. However, I want you to be happy. If you receive your print and it’s damaged, please notify me within 7 days by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will either replace the print free of charge, or we can offer a 50% refund of the original cost and you can keep the print. You must send back the damaged print in order to receive a refund, and also send photographs of the damage.
All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, a full refund will be made within 30 days. The shipping costs are not refundable. I do not give refunds if you change your mind.
Sales Tax
I am required to pay sales tax on all online sales made to customers in California. Anyone outside of California is not required to pay tax. A statewide base tax rate of 9% will be charged, which is an average for all counties in the state.
